: Heat Lamination Soft Top Surfboard、Vacuum Bag Technology Soft Top Surfboard、Semi-Hard Epoxy Soft Top Surfboard.

Heat Lamination Soft Top Surfboard suitable for surf shop, beginners,super market, surfers. Quality is enough for enjoying.
Vacuum technology Soft Top Surfboard suitable for surf school or training, Surfboard Chain store, quality is better.
Semi-Hard Epoxy Soft Top Surfboard suitable for the boutique lovers. Quality is best and price is more expensive.

Bodyboard

Blue Bay is one of the famous China Bodyboard manufacturers and Bodyboard suppliers.
We focus on OEM production. Until now. Our Bodyboard Annual output 4,000,00piece. Warlmat/Target ect are all our long-term cooperation customers
We produce two kinds quality Bodyboard: Heat Lamination Bodyboard, Glued Bodyboard.

Foam core: EPS foram core, polyethylene foam (PE) and Beaded PP(EPO).

Top Material: We provide IXPE/XPE/PE
Bottom: surlyn and high-density polyethylene (HDPE)/PP slick Bottom
Construction: EPS foam core without stringer;

Beaned PP foam core with one or two fibgerglass tube;

PE foam core with two fiberglass tube;

EPP foam core with two fiberglass tube.

Tail: Cresent Tail & Bat Tail

EPS Surfboard

Blue Bay has two factory sites and own one special workshop to produce EPS surfboard and PU surfboard. Shortboard, Fishboard, Funboard, Longboard all can do OEM. Size can be 4’ to 9’10’’. We have precious CNC shape machine to make any shape customer require. All process are made by hand. EPS Surfboard Annuel output is about 3000pcs.

EPS surfboard become more popular these days. EPS foam is much lighter than PU, making it a great option for surfers that love to take it to the air. Lighter boards are easier to whip around quickly. This extra sensitivity is the perfect construction for progressive surfing on waves that let you perform quick, snappy maneuvers.

It’s divided according to the size and shape: EPS Shortboard, EPS Fishboard, EPS Funboard, EPS Longboard.
Foam core density has 22kgs/m3 & 35kgs/m3. Others can be customized.

PU Surfboard

Blue Bay business start from PU surfboard manufactures, through 20years development, products expand to PU surfboard/EPS surfboard/Soft Top Surfboard/Bodyboard/SUP/Skimboard whole industry chain.

We have one special workshop to produce EPS/PU surfboard. Shortboard, Fishboard, Funboard, Longboard all can do OEM. Size can be 4’ to 9’10’’. We have precious CNC shape machine to make any shape customer require. All process are made by hand. PU Surfboard Annuel output is 2000pcs.

We bought the land and built our own factory site.All business moved to the new factory.Products extented to PU surfboard、Epoxy Surfboard、Bodyboard 、Softboard and Skimboard

We built second factory and specialized in PU Surfboard and Epoxy Surfboard.
