According to design requirements and customized specification,We use 4mm IXPE with 8lb/12lb/15lb difference density top material,Vacuum bag technology softboard also can use 4mm EVA material on top deck.Mold size all adopt 22kgs/m3 EPS foam core,insert handle grip on top or bottom,install metal plug in EPS foam core.Fins can be done as customized.If you need do customized difference density EPS foam core for softboard,We also can do it.
