1. Paddling

2. Get up

When the waves come, you pull successfully, feel your Surfboard pushing forward and feel the speed increase, we start to get up. Find your ribs and lay them flat on both sides of your ribs, supporting your body.

3. Departure

Wait until the speed gets faster and you can start taking the ride. Apply force to your arms and support your body. Jump onto the Surfboard, keeping your feet shoulder width, and straighten your spine. Bend your knees slightly to absorb some bumps, so that you can stand more stably on the Surfboard.
