According to design requirements and customized specification, we use 4mm IXPE/4mm EVA top material for Vacuum Bag technology softboard. Mold size adopt 22kgs/m3 EPS foam core, insert handle grip on top or bottom, install metal plug in EPS foam core. Fins can be done as customized. If you need do customized difference density EPS foam core for softboard, we also can do it.
